Make a difference as Senior Analytics Engineer As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you design, build and maintain high quality data models and analytics products that enable self-service BI and data driven decision making across Enza Zaden worldwide. You translate complex business and strategic requirements into reliable, scalable data solutions and take ownership of their full life cycle. In this role, you will: Design, develop, test and maintain advanced data models and analytics products on the global data platform ( e.g. Databricks, dbt , Power BI). Lead complex analytics and reporting initiatives with a mid to long -term horizon. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into sound, scalable and well governed solutions . Continuously improve data quality, reliability, performance and cost efficiency through effective life cycle management. Ensure data products comply with architecture, security and access management standards , in close cooperation with Architecture, Security and IT.
