InterRent REIT is seeking two (2) Property Cleaners to join our operations team at our newly developed residential community at 360 Laurier. This hands-on role is ideal for a reliable cleaning professional with a customer-first mindset who is committed to helping create and maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for our residents. Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities typically expected of a cleaning professional, responsibilities will include: - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas to ensure high hygiene standards. - Empty garbage and ensure that waste is disposed of safely and properly. - Perform occasional deep cleaning including scrubbing baseboards, cleaning appliances, and refinishing floors. - Respond to any cleaning work orders submitted by the property management team. - Occasionally engage in snow removal during winter months. - Perform daily inspections of common areas and report any maintenance issues to the property operations team. - Follow all safety protocols and use all assigned personal protective equipment appropriately.
