VP Product

Job description

We are looking for a VP Product to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm. We are searching for someone with deep product development expertise across home, textiles, furniture and adjacent premium categories, sharp commercial instincts, and the leadership capability to build a world-class product organisation as we expand from rugs into a home brand. The Role: As VP Product, you will own product development end-to-end and lead the product organisation that turns brand vision into category reality. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, new product development, sourcing and category leadership, with a clear centre of gravity in how we develop and bring products to market across rugs, textiles, furniture and adjacent categories You will set the 3–5 year product direction, lead the team covering the the NPD process from concept through industrialisation, and be the voice for all product decisions and considerations end-to-end.
