Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. In the Customer Experience Specialist position, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty by creating and managing customer event programs. As a key member of the Customer Event Team, you’ll ensure that our customer experience vision, standards, and strategic goals are reflected in every event. Your efforts will contribute to providing a consistent and exceptional experience for the 2,000+ customers who visit our campus annually. Skills Needed: Communicates Effectively - Develops and delivers impactful communications for diverse audiences across channels. Excels in both small and large group interactions.
