POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Manager role is designed to be a one-stop-shop to ensure order fulfillment, prompt and professional communication, along with accuracy in orders and invoicing, as well as problem-solving as issues arise for our customers. Will require occasional work from home and after regular business hours to handle issues as they arise. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - Ownership for multiple customers both within and external to the facility in handling orders from receipt to billing/invoicing and all points in between. - Daily communication with customers via email, phone, or in person - Ensures data accuracy for order information in 3PL - Coordinates communication between Operations and customer for orders, issues, and changes. - Coordination with Sales, Facility Management, and Operations Supervisor to ensure successful launch and successful structure for efficient service....
