As Warehouse Team Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, leading a high-performing team while driving process excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across the supply chain. Your Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Leadership: Lead and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, dispatch, inventory management, stock rotation, scrapping and OHSE compliance. Inventory Accuracy & Control: Monitor stock levels, manage pick locations/bins, investigate stock discrepancies (RCA), and deliver high cycle count and stocktake accuracy. Returns & Reporting: Oversee the returns process, ensuring accurate processing, reporting and timely resolution. Performance & KPI Management: Monitor receiving/dispatch times, order completeness, inventory discrepancies and ensure KPIs and budget targets are achieved.
