Senior Research & Intelligence Analyst (AI-Enabled) (m/f/d)

Job description

This role supports our Strategy and M&A activities by delivering high-quality, fast-turnaround research on markets, competitors, target companies, and industry trends. Rather than starting from scratch with every project. The person systematically builds, operates, and improves a portfolio of reusable, AI-enabled research workflows that can be applied across strategy and M&A projects and market scans initiatives - including scheduled monitoring runs that produce regularly updated reports. A core element of the role is staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape and continuously improving the toolset. What is state-of-the-art today will be standard in six months and outdated in twelve - the right person sees this as an opportunity, not a burden. The impact of this role extends beyond individual output. We are looking for someone whose way of working - pragmatic, AI-native, learning-driven - rubs off on others.
