Training and Development: - Identify training and development needs of employees and schedule with Trainer - Use QT9 software to document training - Identify issues and actions that are not to company policies and guidelines and develop Corrective actions documents and perform meetings with HR support - Communicate company purpose, goals, and critical information up and down the organization - Have an understanding of company polices and where they are located to ensure they are followed at the site (whether they’re the direct report or not) - Utilizes Paylocity to oversee employee performance reviews and manage compensation adjustments, ensuring alignment with company standards and individual contributions. - Attend and run end of turn meetings to promote continuity, accountability a...
