THE JOB: The Senior Manager of Event Operations will manage and direct the operations team including logistics, warehouse, floral and fabrication at MGM Resorts Events Productions and ensure all projects are completed on time, in budget, and meet company standards. This role coordinates team workflow by aligning priorities, assigning resources, and tracking progress to ensure efficient execution across functions. This includes managing short term projects as well as long term operations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices and procedures.
