Business Process Consultant

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to lead cross-functional workshops and guide enterprise ERP modernization initiatives within an SAP environment. This role will facilitate current-state (“as-is”) business process documentation, define future-state (“to-be”) operating models, and develop modernization blueprints supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades or transition to alternative ERP platforms. The Consultant will provide strategic leadership, governance guidance, and executive-level recommendations aligned with enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise, enterprise transformation experience, and proven workshop facilitation capabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership & Governance Conduct project kickoff sessions with executive leadership and key stakeholders Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies Establish governance frameworks, communication cadence, and performance KPIs Provide executive-level reporting and strategic guidance 2.
