Overview Office Assistant/Receptionist (Fixed-Term Contract) Herbalife GBSC Krakow: Puszkarska 7MKraków 30-644Poland: About the role: This is an interesting administrative role with variety of tasks within dynamic environment for people orientated person with can do attitude. This position gives you an opportunity to deliver the highest levels of customer experience in accordance with our standards and targets to employees at All levels. You will be responsible for reception coordination, visits support, events organization, VIP support. In this role you will: - Provide support to Krakow employees, visitors, guests, supplier and vendors. - Be responsible for an access Control - door opening + service of entrance cards (cards distribution, transmission / changes of regular accesses). - Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. - Sort and distribute incoming post; organize and send outgoing post. - Order office supplies & Herbalife products. - Maintain the office /report faults etc. - Book travel and clear expenses for VP’s. - Organize guests visits (hotels, transfers, etc.). - Provide service of visits (pr...
