Description Position Summary: The Y on the Fly Supervisor coordinates and oversees the implementation of programming that encourages physical, emotional, and intellectual growth in a safe and nurturing environment. This position supports the operation of the Y on the Fly van through coordinating activities and managing logistics of its deployment throughout the community. The Y on the Fly Supervisor supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
