Responsibilities: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily maintenance operations of the residence to ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for clients. This position requires technical training, excellent coordination and follow-up skills, decision-making ability, and a customer-oriented focus. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating all essential functions to offer first-class service to our residents.
