Pay range is $19 - $20 per hour based on experience Days and Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 5:30am - 1:30pm Job Summary: Provide People’s Food Co-op shoppers with high quality, good food from the deli stock recipes and bakery in a manner that maintains quality, freshness, and supply in the deli. We cook from scratch with allergen focused recipes with a friendly work environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Position Responsibilities a. Ensure a high standard or customer service for kitchen and bakery personnel according to established customer service vision and expectations. b. Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards. c. Work together with employees on shift to create a positive work environment. d. Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards. e. Assist in ordering supplies/ingredients for department. f. Assist in scheduling and supervision of department personnel. g. Assist in overseeing the receipts or orders and verifying invoice accuracies and product quality on all deliveries.
