Intern Distribution Planning

Job description

Job Purpose The Distribution Planning team is responsible for the allocation of final products throughout the European and global logistic network. The team collaborates with production planning, tactical planning, sales, and customer service to ensure optimal production allocation. The intern will analyze various elements of distribution planning such as demand fluctuations, order collection, and inventory levels. The intern will support the team and Regional Coordinators in achieving business goals (Sales, Efficiency KPIs), ensuring correction and updating of parameters and master data for proper replenishment of markets and warehouses. The role will also involve supporting the RYOGA implementation in Bridgestone LSCM, meaning the re-definition and implementation of current processes in advanced digital language. The intern will report to the Distribution Planning Manager and collaborate closely with the Distribution Planning Analyst.
