Rate of Pay : £156.29- £205.83 per day Summary: The Enforcement Manager – Facilities & Environment will lead and manage enforcement activities relating to housing compliance, selective licensing, environmental standards, and property-related enforcement within the Council's regulatory framework. The postholder will oversee enforcement operations aimed at improving housing standards, addressing non-compliance, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and poor property management practices, while ensuring enforcement actions are lawful, proportionate, evidence-based, and aligned with statutory responsibilities.
