JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform day‑to‑day facility repairs, support tenant and common‑area maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained shopping center environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and irrigation. - Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, roofing, concrete, and pool/spa areas. - Support apartment turns, including make‑ready prep and move‑in/move‑out inspections. - Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs. - Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition. - Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately. - Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with federal/state/local regulations. - Participate in on‑call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: - Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and use of hand tools.
