Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park, KS is currently seeking a Pharmacist their Hospital pharmacy team. A Pharmacist I will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, abilities and critical thinking skills necessary to practice pharmacy in a health system. Critical skills include the ability to prepare and dispense medications; collect, organize and analyze patient and practice specific information; initiate and monitor therapeutic plans; work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams; supervise supportive personnel; manage projects and provide routine patient teaching and drug information services. Shift Details: - PRN - 1 Weekend Shift every 4 weeks (Saturday & Sunday ) - From : 7AM-3:30PM or 10:30AM -7:00pm - 1 Friday Evening (1PM-9PM) every 8 weeks - Plus PTO Coverage Required Qualifications & Schedule: Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist (KS) - Kansas Board of Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration Medication Therapy Services (MTS) Certification - Missouri Division of Professional Registration Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the Ameri...
