About the team At Deliveroo, our Global Business Recruitment Team spans multiple departments and regions and each of our corporate Recruiters is a specialist in their area. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter in the UKI org, you’ll work across the marketing, operations and commercial teams, owning requisitions end-end and contributing to various strategic initiatives. About the role: You will support the Deliveroo UK & Ireland org, based from the London office where we're proud to offer flexible and hybrid working. You will take the lead on recruitment for various commercial (sales, account management & BDM), marketing and operations roles and own the end-end recruitment campaigns. You will have previous experience sourcing both volume and niche talent, managing candidates and stakeholders across a range of seniority and evaluating both technical and behavioural competencies. Outside of recruitment delivery, you will contribute towards various projects to drive operational improvements across our global recruitment team.
