Registered Nurse, Ambulatory, uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Manages patient teaching, communication, triage, and documentation in Epic. Ensures patient safety, privacy, and timely response to clinical needs. Collaborates with the care team, supports quality improvement, promotes evidence-based practice, and upholds PRIDE values and organizational goals. Utilizes the nursing process effectively (assessing the patient and situation, identifying the problem, planning, implementing, and evaluating care through the health care continuum). Consistently respects the patients right to privacy and dignity. Consistently respects the patients’ rights to confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines. Fosters a positive and pleasant environment, which promotes our shared PRIDE valuesPromotes better patient outcomes by reviewing open gaps of care and coordinating closure of care gaps. Interacts directly with patients and team members, documents in Epic as appropriate.
