Job DetailsJob Location: CORP - Chehalis, WA 98532Salary Range: $28.59 - $29.72 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneOBJECTIVE In a positive and cheerful manner, provide a variety of general Human Resources support tasks with primary responsibility for leave management and administration. Assist employees with leave options and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide backup support to the HR Representative on core functions (hiring, pay, benefits, onboarding/offboarding). Furnish information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provide information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. This role starts as the dedicated point person for leaves and will expand into full HR Representative 2 responsibilities once the employee demonstrates proficiency across all HR functions. REPORTS TO: HR Director: STATUS: 3/4 time (30-39 hours per week) SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Scheduled hours may vary according to work load and department needs.
