Job Title: Senior Engineer, Equipment Engineering Job Description: The Role: Our site in Hillsboro is seeking an Equipment Engineer to join our team. As an Equipment Engineer, you will work in a team environment to ensure safe working conditions, maintain equipment, and drive improvement. The Equipment Engineer supports a broad range of process and facilities equipment across three manufacturing areas. The engineer will work closely with the manufacturing team, production engineers, maintenance technicians , controls engineers, and the quality team to sustain day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Maintain equipment and PMs to maximize equipment safety, uptime, reliability, quality, sustainability, and cost savings Develop innovative solutions to equipment performance issues within prescribed change control requirements Lead equipment-related continuous improvement: Support maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues Maintain and upgrad e existing facilities systems, such as HVAC, compressed gases, and chilled water Identify and implement all vital safety procedures required for efficient repairs and maintenance of p...
