General Description / Objective The Doctoring Crew is a critical part of feedyard functionality that is responsible for the day to day health and wellness of the Friona Industries feedyard livestock. Successful members are resilient, honest, dependable, and genuinely concerned in aiding in the wellness of the feedyard cattle population. Doctoring Crew members will work closely with all feedyard departments and veterinarian both as an individual and as a member of a team to establish the highest quality care and maintenance of the feedyard to ensure the welfare of livestock while contributing to the overall success of the feedyard team.
