Description American Plastics, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic-injection molded products for the household & garage storage and commercial cleaning end-markets. We are searching for an Engineering Change Specialist for our Findlay, Ohio location (may consider hybrid or remote work). This position will report to the Director of Project Management. The Engineering Change Specialist is responsible for overseeing the process of documenting, assessing and implementing the engineering change process. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to maintain. Responsibilities: •Manage the entire engineering change process from initiation to closure ensuring accuracy and completeness •Act as a primary liaison between all departments to align on change implementation •Proactively identify potential risks, blockers and bottlenecks in the implementation process •Facilitate the change meetings to evaluate impacts on cost, quality and scheduling •Create, monitor and report out on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) showing the effectiveness of the change process •Technical documentation experience and revision control •M...
