Role Overview: Reporting to the Digital Information Systems Manager, the Business Systems Lead is responsible for is responsible for coordinating the intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of ERP-related work, including system issues, defects, enhancements, and audit activities. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal support teams, external contractors, and auditors, the role ensures ERP requests are well understood, appropriately prioritized, and aligned with site operational and compliance priorities.
