Job Title: Client Care Administrator Location: Davies Vets: Job Type: Fixed Term, part-time: Hours: 15 hours per week Monday and Friday, (7.5-hour shifts between 10am - 8.30pm on a rota basis). 1 in 4 Sundays 9.30am - 1.30pm. We are looking for a Part Time Client Care Administrator to join our fantastic Client Care team on a Fixed term contract, to help meet the growing business demand. As the first point of contact, our Client Care team are a vital part of our client relationships and experience. As a Client Care Administrator, you will have varied responsibilities so that every day will be different. Greeting clients and their pets, talking to veterinary practices, arranging appointments, helping clients who call us are just some of the things that you will be involved in. You will need to have previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing face-to-face with clients (who may be worried or upset and need reassurance) and be confident with telephone work.
