JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for operational , warehouse and fulfillment functions for the facility that serves multiple business units . This position is responsible for meeting customer expectations, advancing continuous improvement initiatives, training and development, and ensuring quality assurance & regulatory compliance. The position will help support and scale growth for the facility within Henry Schein. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the daily operations of the site , including talent development, safety, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution to achieve operational targets. - Monitor, report, and manage key performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost management, inventory accuracy, production efficiency, and fulfillment performance. - Lead and execute projects supporting the expansion of operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives at the site. - Foster and promote a culture of operational excellence , accountability, and continuous improvement. - Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies , as well as all applicable federal and state regulations and company guidelines. - Serve as...
