The position is limited to a fixed term of 2 years. As Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including: Die Stelle ist befristet auf 2 Jahre. Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/w/d) bist du für die Themenbereiche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, betriebliche Altersvorsorge sowie Sozialleistungen für alle unsere Standorte in Europa verantwortlich. Das umfasst u.a.: - Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces) - Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness - Managing of and working closely together with our external service providers - First point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as: - Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.) - Pension plan and insurances - Retirement - Time accounts (e.g., value account) - Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio - First point of contact and responsible for regular audi...
