Job description

As HR Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to develop and execute HR strategies. Through team leadership and business partnership, you will enhance HR functions, streamline processes, and elevate associate engagement. Your HR expertise and passion for making a difference through people will play a critical role in driving success at one of Plastipak’s largest manufacturing sites. You Will: Lead a team of HR professionals (Trainer, Recruiter & HR Generalist) to ensure consistent and effective HR operations. Develop and execute strategies to improve employee retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Drive the redesign and implementation of HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and align with business needs. Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with department and company objectives. Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
