General Duties: Aleut is seeking a qualified and experienced Registrar to support the 55th Training Squadron (55 TRS). In this role, the Registrar serves as the lead administrator for all student registration operations. This position plays a critical role in managing enrollment, maintaining academic and training records, supporting leadership briefings, and ensuring compliance with applicable directives and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment in overseeing all enrollment and registration functions in direct support of 55 TRS, DEL 11, and STARCOM leadership. ***WORK STARTS 27 APRIL***: Specific Duties: - Manage all aspects of the 55 TRS student registration program. - Provide direct support to Government program reviews and leadership briefings. - Generate training line numbers and manage student enrollment processes. - Facilitate graduation processing, transcript generation, and records maintenance. - Establish and manage program files in accordance with applicable directives. - Interface directly with the Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS) to award and document course credit upon student graduation. - Serve as primar...
