About the role We're looking for an Operations Generalist to join Definely at an exciting stage of growth. This is a broad, hands-on role sitting across people operations, office management, business operations, and recruitment, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes real ownership, and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting directly to our VP of People, you'll also provide dedicated support to our Co-founder and Chief Legal Officer, Feargus, across people and operational matters. What you'll do: People & Office Operations Own and continuously improve core people processes across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, changes, and offboarding Manage our HR systems (Hibob), employee records, and people documentation Support benefits administration and policy updates with external providers Run day-to-day office coordination, supplier management, and support any office moves or changes as we scale Help organise company events, team socials, and offsites Recruitment: Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers Own interview scheduling, candidate communications, and keeping our ATS up to date Support the cre...
