We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Photographer to lead our e-commerce cutout team of Fashion and Homeware photographers across four key studio locations. A multisite role with a base at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Offering a starting salary of £35,362 About the Role: This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role leading, managing, and inspiring multi-site photography teams, including in-house staff and freelancers, across the Fashion and Homeware categories. You will be responsible for driving and maintaining the highest standards of photographic quality, output, and consistency across all four locations. A major part of your remit is the technical and creative development of our photographers, designing and delivering robust training that includes regular workshops, 1-to-1 coaching, and professional, empathetic performance feedback. You will also be expected to test new projects and work in line with the Creative Lead to ensure all content is aligned with brand principles and creative direction.
