The Investments Relationship Manager acts as a central point of contact for a variety of member investment needs, ensuring continuity of high-quality service, product delivery, and responsiveness to client needs. This position offers financial products and services to members through outbound and inbound calls from all categories of member groups. Assist members/clients and prospects with information, account servicing, products offered and procedures to implement an investment program. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties: - Proactively support and promote all aspects of Addison Avenue Investment Services and First Tech through education, cross referrals, speaking and presentation opportunities, and contact center and membership engagement; provide 401(k) and Financial Education Workshops to credit union employees and membership - Interface with mutual fund companies, insurance companies, clearinghouse and broker/dealer for any client needs or services - Participate in networking events on behalf of First Tech - Keep informed of current success of investment products offered and of new products being made available through broker d...
