Job Family: Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do: Our Financial Management professionals help our clients in Defense and National Security optimize all elements of their financial management structure by transforming business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving transparency and performance management, promoting change management, and complying with Federal laws and regulations. Specific initiatives and work products that this role supports include: Provide strategic leadership for large‑scale DFAS financial transformation, AI adoption, and modernization efforts Shape solution architectures across analytics, AI/ML, data engineering, automation, and financial process improvement Direct multi‑team delivery across workstreams involving enterprise data, Treasury reporting, IGT, and controls Advise senior DFAS and DoW stakeholders on modernization strategy, AI governance, IL5 readiness, and integration roadmap Drive quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communications, and long‑term client relationship development Lead development of scalable, explainable AI and analytics solu...
