What We Need: This position will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and performing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on precision manufacturing equipment and machinery. What You’ll Do: Responsible for technical uptime of assigned manufacturing line Maximizes equipment availability using planned maintenance activities, improvement projects, and upgrades Provides hands on training and mentoring within the maintenance team Plans, schedules, executes, and documents routine TPM events Collaborates directly with operations and technical team to prioritize and improve TPM processes Maintains required critical spare parts, inventory accuracy, and 5S efforts.
