The Pittsburg State University Department of Teaching and Leadership is accepting applications for an Assistant Instructional Professor of Elementary Education. Duties and Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate courses in elementary education with a focus in special education - Deliver course content in-person on campus - Mentor students and support their academic and professional growth - Actively engage in professional organizations - Contribute service to the college and community - Foster student success and promote a positive learning environment Education and Experience: Required Education and Experience – Time of Hire Candidate's must hold a Master’s degree in special education discipline or related field.
