About the Role: STR is seeking a highly motivated individual with aerospace and defense experience to join our growing Finance team. As the Division Finance Lead, you will be a key business partner to the Division Lead and a strategic part of the Finance Organization. You will provide financial leadership, analysis, and reporting while guiding program and division management on all aspects of financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting. You will act as the primary point of contact for finance within the division, supporting both operational and strategic objectives, and providing leadership to program finance direct reports. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and has demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools to drive process improvements and elimination of redundant tasks within finance operations. This is a hybrid position based in Woburn, MA, with the expectation to work onsite occasionally and flexibility to work remotely on other days.
