The Building Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight, maintenance, and inspection of multiple commercial properties. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with company standards. The position involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and vendor coordination. Pay: $43/HR+ DOE: The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
