Seasonal Coordinator, Archives and Digital Assets

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Coordinator, Archives and Digital Assets, is charged with tracking and processing a wide variety of archival content, including ingesting digital assets into the Institute’s digital asset management system, updating archive records, and inventory of assets. Additionally, the Coordinator is the primary point of contact for fielding incoming archives requests. Working under the Archivist and closely with the Associate Director, Archives & Collection, the Coordinator will also provide key organizational support to the department. This position works full time with an ideal start date of Monday, April 27, 2026 through Friday, August 28, 2026. This position is based out of our Salt Lake City, UT location with regular opportunities to work remotely and will be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, at key points throughout the year.
