THE JOB: The Chef de Cuisine is a key part of the F&B leadership team driving culinary excellence at our restaurant and hotel. This role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a Culinary team, all to ensure a sensational culinary experience for our guests and team members by creating culinary masterpieces. Together with your Sous Chefs, you manage the daily kitchen operation, cost and inventory control, and cleanliness. You constantly train and develop a team of line-level culinary associates and are an integral part of menu development. Beyond, you let your creative juices flow with specials, seasonal menus, buy-outs and Chef Tables.
