This role will lead a large operations team (>30 people/>400 vessels). Your goals are to always ensure properly aligned processes and procedures are followed by Operators world-wide. We are searching for a candidate with strong interest and understanding of Dry Bulk environment who is a proven result-oriented leader. In this position, you will above all, provide support and development to others, communicate effectively, and demonstrate you can easily and effectively resolve problems.
