Your mission, roles and responsibilities: The Quality UAP is responsible to ensure quality of the produce parts and customer satisfaction. The main missions of the role are: Your profile and competencies to succeed - Validate with production teams a new product or product modifications according to customer quality requirements; - Participate in defining quality criteria (internal and client’s criteria); - Participate with the customer relationship in the follow up the complaints/alerts through 8D and the correspondent action plan; - Establish the necessary links with support functions the ensure the quality of the produce parts and coordinate non quality cost reduction action plan within the UAP (scrap; CNQ; sorting); - Support the follow and coaching of the QRCI UAP or line and ensuring the effectiveness; - Support the training and validation of the line operators in the self-control level as well as the operators of the final inspection workstations; - Coordinate UAP’s audits; - Promote and ensure best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecti...
