HealthPartners is hiring for an RN Casual Float to work at all HealthPartners Urgent Care locations. Including St. Paul, Woodbury, Arden Hills, Apple Valley. Other locations may be added in the future. QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current RN licensure in Minnesota: Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings. Complete competencies in IV administration, catheterization and triage within 6 months of start PREFERRED: One year full time employment as an RN PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time. Must possess speech, hearing and sight skills to perform the functions of the position. Manual dexterity required. Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently.
