This position serves as a liaison among the Casino Marketing Department and the guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively promote the Legacy Rewards Club, and its benefits to Eagle Mountain Casino guests. Enroll all eligible guests into casino management system. Track carded table games players in the pit. Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment. Distribute information about Eagle Mountain Casino to guests. Meet and greet guests upon their arrival, including bus and tour groups. Retain and relay information concerning all promotions, entertainment, and events. Make announcements regarding promotions, entertainment, and events. Record information regarding guests, major wins, etc. for the General Marketing Department.
