Job description

Cage Cashiers are responsible for the redemption and sale of coins, and chips to customers to create a pleasant gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Having complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities and facilities available to guests. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role. Responsible for processing guest transactions, accurately managing financial transactions including handling cash, and answering guests questions in a courteous and professional manner. Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift. Assuring that you are delivering guests with extraordinary experience Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed. Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions. Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
