Seasonal Maintenance Technician- Venture Resorts

Job description

Essential Responsibilities: - Complete regular property maintenance and routine preventative maintenance on Venture Resorts cabins - Responsible for the install of equipment, maintenance, and cleaning of pools and hot tubs - Daily completion of assigned work order tasks and management; providing consistent communication and key details of work needed/provided through both written and verbal communications - Responsible for logging all work orders in Breezeway - Daily management of fix list for vendors to ensure completion of work orders - Ensure that all owner and guest requests are met in a timely manner. - Ability to troubleshoot internet issues - Assist Inspections and Housekeeping to ensure all cabins meet company standards - Responsible for HVAC installation/debugging and/or working towards HVAC certification - Represent Venture Resorts with extreme professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to guests, owners, coworkers, and vendors - Adhere to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). - Other duties as assigned Minimum Required Skills: - Valid drivers license and reliabl...
