Job description

This position is expected to assist with advanced SAFe Agile project in the DoD space. This scrum master will be a part of a program that encompasses integrating dozens of mission critical applications operating in SAP FedRamp Cloud that is managed with a hyper-converged datacenter and is protected by a world class active cyber defense solution. This program is focused on cloud integration and next generation solutions, and is embarking on a SAFe Agile SAP journey. Responsibilities: The SAFe Scrum Master will assist in providing services to a team that is part of a large program to deliver financial business process solutions/support in SAP Public Sector Finance and Federal Financials. Coach teams on Agile values and principles Drive teams to improve continuously: Foster teams collective: responsibility and accountability Facilitate Agile ceremonies: (e.g. Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining) and ensure full team engagement.
