We are seeking an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor! We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The supervisor of Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) accomplishes ISBH objectives by supervising IHBT Therapists, organizing resources, and monitoring work processes related to the organization’s intensive service offerings. The supervisor will work in close collaboration with the manager of intensive special programs, OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, Case Western Reserve University, other IHBT supervisors, human resources, and in alignment with the behavioral health performance team.
