Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Infrastructure Service Lead is expected to be able to accomplish the following: - Define multi year roadmaps for enterprise infrastructure services (compute, storage, network, cloud integration). - Establish service governance frameworks, SLAs/SLOs, and performance baselines similar to those required in enterprise virtualization service leadership. - Lead modernization initiatives, legacy migration activities, and cross domain standardization. - Oversee design and optimization of on prem and hybrid infrastructure spanning virtualized environments, enterprise storage, networking, identity services, and integration points. - Ensure secure configurations aligned to STIG/SCAP requirements and Zero Trust principles. - Direct capacity planning, resource optimization, and service reliability management. - Lead daily operational performance including incident, problem, configuration, and change management. - Ensure all services integrate effectively with enterprise capabilities (AD, PKI, DNS, NTP, SIEM). - Manage enterprise automation mechanisms and orchestration tools to improve efficiency and reduce configuration drift. - Di...
