The opportunity As the Director of Finance for the HelloFresh SE, you will be a core member of the Global Finance Leadership Team, serving as the financial custodian and strategic co-pilot to the business. You will own the full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow for the capital market listed HelloFresh SE, HelloConnect Inc. and HelloFresh Services Poland, driving the end-to-end financial planning process. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise, people management, and influencing skills to maximize profit and champion value creation across a complex network of cross-functional stakeholders.
